Position: Customer Service & Quality Administrator
Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Due to their continued growth, they now have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service & Quality Administrator to join them.
The Customer Service & Quality Administrator Role:
You will be providing administrative support for returned goods and the control of calibrated equipment and Quality Systems Auditing for the site.
The Customer Service & Quality Administrator will conduct internal production / process and manufacturing quality control audits and risk assessments. You will prepare audit plans and understand specific issues to be evaluated.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Quality Administrator:
- Communicate with customers, by phone and email, with regard to repair status and costs for repair of returned product
- Administer the repair or scrapping of the assemblies through the local ERP system
- Compile regular reports to / for the Quality Manager and any relevant staff
- Be the facilitator of the Calibration system - provide reports for production heads showing what equipment requires calibration in advance of the calibration date
- Raise the appropriate purchase orders and to review and file the calibration certification on return to the company.
- Carry out frequent internal audits quality and environmental systems (ISO 13485 and ISO14001)
- Provide technical support alongside engineering to production staff in order for them to be able to produce products to the correct quality standards
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience or education in the handling and assembly of electronic components
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an electronics manufacturing organisation
- Accredited, trained and experienced ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001 auditor
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2008 & 13485:2012
- Strong IT skills required. (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to break down complex issues into understandable and workable solutions
