Business Administrator required to work in a friendly office in Bristol alongside a small team of dedicated professionals supporting a network of charities and social enterprises across the UK.

Job description

As Business Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring reporting of the organisations business activity is collated and collected from the member organisations UK wide as well as providing a main point of contact for any queries relating to this commercial activity and relevant data.  You will be expected to develop strong relationships with commercial partners who include a number of well-known retail brands, to ensure continuity of service and be the main contact for queries on deliveries and collections of furniture product by the member charity organisations.

Person specification

As the Business Administrator you should possess good communications and customer service skills, an ability to work in a busy office environment and enjoy multi-tasking! You will also need good IT skills, including experience on Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Outlook. Training will be given on the organisations own Access database.

Experience in setting-up and maintaining manual and electronic filing systems and the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines is key alongside the ability and willingness to learn about our business quickly.  Self-motivated team players will fit the organisation well.
