The Senior National Account Manager Opportunity:

This position has been created to strengthen the management team and to provide a major engine for future business growth whilst carefully managing our existing business relationships. This presents an extremely rare and attractive opportunity for the correct candidate to join a fantastic business that is going places. 

This new role will report directly to the Head of Sales, whilst operating as an integral part of the Senior Management Team. 

Senior National Account Manager Role Responsibilities:

+ To manage some of our most important national retail accounts with P&L responsibility including several of the largest Grocers. 
+ Identifying and developing key growth opportunities within accounts to increase sales and profitability and introducing NPD.
+ Protecting and developing existing contact relationships across all departments
+ Working with customers to provide correct forecasts to ensure high levels of customer service 
+ Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction & engagement through a consistent service

About You:

The Ideal Candidate:


+ A sales professional with an strong level of business acumen & commercial awareness and a drive / hunger for winning sales and achieving success
+ A track record of successfully managing growing business profitably with major national retailers, particularly major grocers, discounters and health and beauty retailers.
+ Computer literate and financially astute, with a good understanding of profit management, forecasting and trade spend fund management within grocery multiple accounts
+ Articulate with strong communication and presentation skills
+ Branded sales experience
+ Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
