An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team in Tewkesbury. A proactive and customer focussed individual, you will provide a high quality, professional and agile customer service, promoting a right first time approach.
As the primary contact for customers for all maintenance and servicing aspects, you will respond promptly and efficiently to queries via telephone, email, web chat and our self-service portal. This will involve providing general advice and guidance for maintenance services and correctly diagnosing and raising appropriate repairs or pre-inspections, allocating sufficient appointment time and job priorities as required.
An excellent communicator, you liaise with contractors, follow up enquiries and provide customers with regular updates to ensure a satisfactory conclusion every time. You will also be required to conduct phone satisfaction surveys, collating and reporting on customer feedback to improve performance.
Our ideal candidate will be a positive and supportive team player with excellent customer service experience and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. A competent user of Outlook, Word and Excel, you will possess GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent). You will be able to demonstrate experience of working in repairs and maintenance and of liaising with customers and stakeholders. This role would suit a highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. An NVQ in Customer Service or Business Administration (or equivalent) would be desirable.
