We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Global Banking and Markets team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

  • Product and Project Roadmap & Backlog Development
  • Software vendor evaluation
  • Adoption Management
  • Be abreast of the latest market developments in area of expertise, and alert the project team if any developments may/should alter the planned solution - log these into the Risk & Issue tracking tool where necessary
  • Be in close contact with the impacted business line(s) throughout the project life cycle, constantly ensuring that the solution remains relevant and will deliver the expected business benefit
  • Business test cases creation, quality assurance of solutions delivered into SIT
  • Execution of business testing in UAT, in conjunction with the end-users
  • Raise defects and provide business impact prioritisation
  • Preparation of appropriate training material, for both new procedures and technology applications
  • Execution of end-user training, to the satisfaction of the management of the appropriate business area. The development, leadership and management of team members.
  • Aid Risk analysis for business migration
  • Assist with preparation of Success criteria checklist for live implementation
  • Assist end-users with preparation & execution of migration tasks/data
  • Assist and provide guidance to end-users post-implementation

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent professional qualifications such as IIBA and or PMI/Prince. Formal business analysis and or project management training is preferred
  • A thorough and detailed knowledge of the end to end asset servicing events processing life cycle coupled with a working knowledge of the XSP events processing platform and it's configuration management layers
  • A thorough and detailed fund accounting knowledge linked to the events that are processed in the Middle Office Fund Services product
  • Experience supporting or creating asset servicing solutions linked to 'true start of day' IBOR deliveries, events blocking and events automation from platform to fund accounting systems is preferred
  • The ability to closely and effectively support senior management. Evidence of strong collaborative and communicative skills. A track record that demonstrates the ability to be an effective leader, drive deliveries and deliver against deadlines. The ability to develop and up-skill others.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills working with any or all of internal stakeholders, cross functional stakeholders, externally vendors and or clients and product Management.
  • A proven track record of working at different levels in a global organisation, an excellent team player. This role requires the ability to work with influential senior stakeholders as well as the ability to define innovative and detailed solutions. The ability to be self-motivated and effective problem solving know-how is also key requirement
  • Experience of working in a large, ideally global projects and project team/s covering the full project life cycle development
  • Specific business analysis skills including requirements gathering, workflow definition, data analysis, process definition and procedures documentation
  • 'Hands-on' testing experience including test Scripting, test execution, and support for UAT, including user training
  • Well connected, contributor to relevant industry forums.
