CRM Functional Consultant
About the role:
We are looking to recruit a skilled and precise Functional CRM professional who is proficient in Microsoft applications. You will be responsible for analysis and design of large CRM projects to the global enterprises. Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting customer requirements
- Designing and customizing related CRM application according to the requirements (generally Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)
- Determining and documenting the tasks which will be done by technical consultants
- Strong time management & project management skills, able to work to conflicting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Supporting pre-sales (if required)
- Capable of writing test cases and performing tests
- Managing end-user tests
- Be able to deliver engaging application training
- Managing go-live period
- Post-live support
Desired Skills & Experience
- Have at least 2 years experience in related roles.
- Strong experience on Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in using and designing business applications is a plus (CRM or ERP applications preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience is a plus
- Have a good understanding of relational database concepts
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong verbal and written English skills
