Role:
The Internal Sales & Marketing role is a strategic resource designed to work directly with multitudes of online platform touch points, physical events, Phone and customers to help them understand how the Company Technology Services (e. Microsoft Stack, Cyber Security Technologies, Productivity Tools, Unified Communications & Conferencing Collaboration Solution, Hardware & Software) can help solve their line of business issues and positively impact the customer's business.
Additionally, be responsible for the online public campaigns and the representation of Company through our Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube Etc.
This will include relevant research and posts online, responding to public sentiment, registrations and interests evolving interaction into leads and opportunities. Organise events both in person or online such as Webinars or "Round Table" briefings.
This role is primarily a home working role as Company are a "Virtual Business". Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritise own workload successfully in a flexible approach to working.
The role of the Internal Sales & Marketing person is to ultimately identify and qualify Business Solutions sales opportunities by uncovering and addressing customer's line of business needs. The primary goal of the Internal Sales & Marketing Specialist is to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through their various means of engagements.
These engagements will be sourced through telesales and co-driven with online marketing activity.
- Dual/Split Role for Internal Sales and Marketing for Company to establish sales leads.
- Contact new/prospective/registrant customers via telephone to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Schedule client meetings, for external sales team.
- Build, retain and expand customer relationships using marketing, telephone, email and other inside or online means.
- Conducts account discovery & profiling of high propensity customers in target industries and territories as well as market trends.
- Contacting prospective customers, in follow-up to marketing campaigns (events, tradeshows, demand generation through the web etc.) to identify and qualify opportunities
- Focus on solution selling that helps customers meet their challenges and business opportunities, showing demonstrable economic value.
- Developing and managing a healthy and predictable pipeline that meets or exceeds quota and forecast accuracy expectations.
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in Online Marketing and a range of online Platforms
- Comfortable with Content Management Systems CMS to Establish Company webpages for campaigns.
- Experience in direct or indirect sales with proven results within the IT industry
- Demonstrate understanding and execution of sales techniques and selling complex solutions to business customers at a holistic level
- Strong all-round communication skills, passion and drive to succeed
Abilities
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and respond effectively to customer questions
- English Language and Literacy skills to produce online content, articles, blogs and case studies.
- Ability to focus on achieving positive, concrete results contributing to business success
