We are looking for Spa Hosts to help us deliver a genuinely caring experience with a personal approach at each of our hotel spas at  Scarlet and Bedruthan.
 

This is a role involving providing current and prospective guests with accurate and detailed information on the spa and treatments offered, maintaining a presentable spa environment at all times with high attention to detail, assist guests from beginning to end, providing a friendly, informative and welcoming experience.
 

About you:
Excellent customer care
Computer literate
Confident using emails and telephones
Enthusiasm to take up opportunities and to prioritise
Excellent verbal and written English
Intuitive, empathetic and flexible
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, honest, genuine and authentic
Pro-active with a can do attitude
An eye for detail

An awareness of Holistic therapies and an interest in this area would be an advantage
