2x Full Time Technical Support Assistant

This company is the undisputed brand leaders of quality hinges, drawer runners and lift systems to the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom industry. They are looking to recruit two technical support assistants to provide support for their products via phone, emails, letters, live chat in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for providing product advice updates to their sales staff and customers along with providing direct support to the Technical Manager and the rest of the technical team. The successful applicant will be joining a small yet expanding team dedicated to the task of exceeding the expectations of their customers.

Applicants need to have a practical approach and demonstrate personable communication skills together with an excellent standard of English, Maths and Computer literacy. You must be self-motivated and be able to work in a methodical and organised way. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn new practical skills are a must. Experience in the kitchen bedroom & bathroom industry is welcome but not essential.

This role represents an excellent opportunity' for someone looking to learn, develop and work as a key member of a team. Full time hours Mon - Fri 8 - 5 with an early finish Friday every second week. Also participate in the on-call out of hours telephone support as part of a 4-week rota.
