Production Operative

Due to exceptional growth, we have excellent opportunities for experienced Production Operatives to join a rapidly expanding company based in Stockton-On-Tees!

Company

The company is a medium sized chemical manufacturing company founded in 2002, based near Stockton on Tees, they manufacture a wide range of products for many different industries.

Over the last few years our clients have developed and introduced an exciting new range of products for the automotive aftercare industry with a very strong brand image. Due to expansion, the company now requires an experience Production Operative.

Role

Working as part of a small team, the role consists of weighing and handling of chemicals, manufacturing product following production sheets, other duties will include (but not limited to)

• Preparing orders
• Loading and unloading of wagons
• Other general factory duties

Duties can vary so you must be versatile and committed. This isn’t a general production line role doing the same thing on a daily basis, as such the successful candidates will be able to adapt to different jobs and be comfortable working on their own.

Candidate

The ideal candidate will be versatile and team orientated. Experience in chemical or production environment preferred and experience in Chemical and Engineering an advantage

Hours: Based around 40 hours per week

Salary: £24,000, rising to £26,000 depending on performance, skillset and completion of training
