Our client provides a wide range of representative and corporate services to overseas companies. They are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team.

As a Finance Assistant, you’ll work with the Finance Manager and Company Director to support a range of finance-related and projects tasks and activities. 

Specifically, you’ll assist with multi-project data management including multiple currencies, undertake corporate record-keeping and payroll and track and account for expenses. 

Additionally, you’ll reconcile purchase orders and help to internally control financial data and documentation to external audit standards. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Helping to prepare monthly management accounts 
- Assisting with customer invoices 
- Performing cost reporting and analysis 
- Maintaining procurement justification records 

Interested? To be considered, you will: 

- Be part qualified in AAT, CAT or ACCA 
- Have knowledge of Sage or Dynamics GP 

As a Finance Assistant, you must be analytical with great communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be a positive team player with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. 

The successful candidate may be required to complete a security vetting process. 

Accounts experience gained within the defence and/or security training industries would be beneficial.
