HR Assistant

Based: Camborne, Cornwall

Salary: Negotiable

Start Date: June 2018

Part/Full Time

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to provide support to the existing HR Manager. This is a generalist role working with a diverse team in a dynamic environment.  Assisting with all areas of day to day HR administration, key duties will include, but not limited to:

• Supporting team members with general HR enquiries
• Providing sound, practical HR advice in line with current legislation
• Co-ordinating recruitment, induction, and performance management processes
• Assisting with Employment Relations matters
• Support with learning & development programs and training

To be considered for this opportunity you will need:

• To have achieved, or be working towards CIPD Level 3/Foundation or equivalent
• Good understanding of MS Office and Excel
• A sound knowledge of HR legislation
• Ideally have experience in a commercial environment

We are looking for a good communicator, with the ability to work on your own initiative and have a strong attention to detail. 

The role will be based at LDD offices in Tolvaddon, Cornwall but will also involve support to other sister Operating Companies within the Acteon group remotely from Cornwall.  Hours are to be agreed but part time or full time will be considered.
