40 hours per week / full year basis

Salary:  circa £28,000 per annum

Based at our Brunel Training Centre, Bedford, the College requires a Training Coordinator - Mechatronics, to coordinate the training for workbased provision and deliver and assess knowledge and competence components for work based learners.  The Training Coordinator will also ensure that tracking systems for workbased learners are updated regularly and accurately and establish and maintain effective relationships with employers and classroom based tutors to ensure regular communication about performance and progress.

To be shortlisted for this vacancy you will meet the essential criteria which includes; a qualification at level 3 or above in an appropriate sector specialism and a TAQA L3 Certificate or equivalent qualification and a L3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent qualification.  You will also hold English and Maths or similar at GCSE grade A-C, or equivalent or being willing to achieve Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2 within a set timeframe.
