A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager/maintenance controller to join our company who specialise in providing a marketplace for vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs. The role is based at our Islington High St office in London N18XB and the successful Case Manager will join the innovative company to earn £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. 

The successful candidate will manage the first line of contact for customer enquiries and will be responsible for customer communication via e-mail, live chat and telephone. Customer engagement of all types will be your passion and you will handle enquiries from new and existing customers as well as our garage partners.  You will also undertake some inter departmental liaison and workflow assignment, supporting process efficiencies to make sure operational KPI’s are met/exceeded.

As a Case Manager/maintenance controller your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Customer and garage query resolution
• Inbound and outbound call handling
• Responding to live chat
• Handling customer e-mail enquiries
• Task management
