NJE Grade 5 point 24 – 28 (£21,962 - £24,964 pro rata) based on term time only

Actual salary £11,249.25 - £12,786.91

Start Date: As soon as possible

Permanent.  Term Time Only (22.5 hours per week, negotiable)

We require an Inclusion Support Assistant who has the experience, drive, energy and commitment to make a significant impact on our continued journey to provide an inclusive approach to engaging all students in meaningful learning opportunities. 

The post of Inclusion Support Assistant will require you to work as part of the team at the school’s inclusion centre supporting vulnerable students to help them achieve their full potential.

We invite applications from non-teachers with a successful track record of working within inclusive provision.

As an Inclusion Support Assistant your role will involve developing and implementing personalised interventions for pupils who are in need of additional support in terms of progress, learning, achievement, emotional well-being, behaviour, attendance, engagement, friendship forming, aspirations, or motivation.
