Property Surveyor
GBP27,030 - GBP28,830 per annum plus essential car user allowance and benefits
Full time, 37 hours per week
Based: Barnstaple
An opportunity has arisen for a professional Property Surveyor to join our experienced and customer focused team.
At NDH we are serious about working together to create communities where people want to live and we know that our surveyor team plays a positive role in this.
Reporting to the Lead Surveyor, the main purpose of the role will be to undertake surveys of North Devon Homes' properties, effectively diagnose repair issues and provide support to a range of contracts ensuring they are carried out in compliance with NDH procedures and meet all legislative Health and Safety requirements and that contracts are signed off and delivered within agreed time frames and budgets.
