Havant & South Downs are looking for a part-time Media Technician to work in our busy Fil, Media and Communications department. The successful candidate must have excellent IT skills and be familiar with Apple Macintosh's OS X operating system.
The ability to use software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Final Cut Pro X is also essential. Knowledge of, and an interest in, film-making, including use of digital film-making equipment such as AVCHD cameras is desirable.
As the role involves offering coursework support to students completing AS and A2 levels in Media Studies, Film Studies and Communication and Culture, it is important the successful candidate has good communication and organisational skills.
