We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Interim National Account Manager to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the operations team, and delivery of office services, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, KPIs and service level agreements.

You will build and develop an excellent client business relationship and will ensure effective communication and liaison between the two parties.  Effectively monitoring and controlling services provided, you will ensure that the Mears management team are fully trained and aware of their duties and are fully trained on the service level agreement.

In addition, you will be expected to participate in contract management meetings with the Mars Client, developing commercial opportunities for the contract.  You will also identify, develop and train team members for the North and South Regional Management roles.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience of delivering office service solutions coupled with a track record of performance management and excellent leadership skills.

A strong character with the tenacity to complete a difficult and extensive work load, you should be quality focused and will have the ability to achieve results through deployment of a team.

Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
