Contract Manager- Northampton

Salary: Negotiable + Company Performance Bonus & Benefits

With over 300,000 customers and circa 900 employees spread across modern offices in Oxford, Northampton and now Cardiff, we're a dynamic and innovative organisation. Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a Contract Manager to join our fast-growing team in Northampton.

Key responsibilities in this role include;

* Ownership of contract life cycle and service delivery including creation and management of SLA's, KPI's, financial health checks and contract amendments
* Responsible for conducting performance review meetings with all suppliers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and SOC
* Identify trends and potential continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience and reduce cost to serve.
* Establish, build and stabilise excellent internal and external relationships
* Act as the main point of contact for the business, taking ownership of queries and resolving contract matters satisfactorily

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following;

* Experienced Contract Manager, preferably within the Utilities sector, competent in managing internal and external relationships, projects and contractual agreements

* Experienced in managing Supplier relationships, performance and complaints, preferably within the Utilities sector
* Ability to solve problems, identify effective and efficient resolutions using strong analytical and reporting skills to make sound decisions.
* Experience of working in a flexible environment with changing priorities
* Experience of using commercial acumen to negotiate contract terms, pricing and service improvements to benefit the business and customer, whilst mitigating risk
* Effective influencing skills ability to obtain buy in across the business
* Effective communicator with the ability to confidently convey information at all levels
