We are looking for an accounts assistant to join the busy finance department at Fruehauf Ltd on a permanent full time basis. This role will involve working on both the sales and purchase ledger

Duties include -

Approval, coding and input of the invoices to the purchase ledger

Posting payments

Reconciliation of supplier statements

Production of sales invoices and credit notes

Contacting customers to resolve invoice queries and ensure timely payment

Other general office duties including some lunch cover for reception

Experience required

Previous experience in an accountancy position

Excellent administrative and computer skills       

Good telephone manner

Attention to detail

Working hours Monday –Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm with an hour for lunch

25 days holiday + statutory holiday

Salary commensurate with experience
