We have an Accounts Assistant position available for you to join our busy accounts department at TRMG. This fantastic role would suit a person looking for an opportunity to start a career within accounts.
Based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Your Accounts Assistant Role/Responsibilities
- High Volume Sales Order Processing
- Preparation of Sales order reports
- Distribution of Invoices & programmes
- EC Sales
- Assisting with invoice runs
- Sending out Customer statements and reminder letters
- Assisting credit control with collections
- Purchase invoice Processing
- Reconciling Purchase ledger and prepare payment runs
- Prepare stationery orders for authorisation
- Filing/scanning general office duties
- Franking
Accounts Assistant Skills Required
- Highly efficient
- Methodical and well organised
- Accurate with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good at multi-tasking and prioritising
- A good team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, especially MS Excel and Word
- Able to show initiative
- Able to work positively and constructively in a pressurised environment, remaining focussed at all times.
- Sage 50 Accounts experience would be advantageous but not essential.
