They are looking for a Community Inclusion Worker to support their work with homeless people in Portsmouth.
As a Community Inclusion Worker in Portsmouth, you will be working with clients to enable social integration into the service and wider community.
You will need to have a polite, assertive manner and the ability to self-motivate with experience in working with diverse clients with complex needs. A knowledge of housing, benefits and partnership working would be an advantage.
