LOCATION: Mansfield
JOB TITLE: CNC Miller
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive hourly salary + overtime + progression + car parking + uniform
WORKING HOURS: 39 hours per week - Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm & Friday 7.30am - 3pm
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with experts in a large and precise sub-contract CNC machinery in a wide range of different materials. They are a family run business founded in 1989 with a workforce with over 40. Due to company expansion they are now looking for CNC Millers to join the team in Mansfield.
Key Responsibilities for the CNC Miller role to include:-
• Setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Manufacturing of High quality precise parts under minimum supervision.
• Interoperate technical drawings.
• Minimise set-up and run times whilst maintaining quality.
• Maintaining a clean working environment.
• Interpret technical engineering drawings
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills together with a 'can do' approach to the working day. It will be advantageous if you hold any relevant qualifications within engineering.
Key experience essential for the role of the CNC Miller:-
• Experience working with either Fanuc controlled machines or any other CNC machinery
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to interpret technical engineering drawings
• Live within a commutable distance to Mansfield
