We have a great opportunity to lead a thriving and well-established supported living service for adults with Learning Disabilities!
You will lead a team of staff within the Swindon area, delivering support to a small group of adults with learning disabilities. This is an exciting time to join as they are looking to develop new services, and you will be a crucial part of this change.
To be considered, you will need to hold or be working towards a Level 5 Care Management qualification, and you will need to have worked within a supervisory capacity within a supported living service (i. at Team Leader level or above). You will also need to be a driver with your own vehicle.
