We are currently looking for a Administrator to work for a well known established company in the Hull area. You will be part of the Aftersales team and you will deal with the following;
- Dealing with all queries within the Aftersales department
- Dealing with all incoming complaints
- Resolving any issues which arise
- Issuing credits
- Dealing with all returned items
- Pricing queries
You will need to be well organised and have experience working with complaints in previous work assignments.
