My Watford based clients manufacture pharmaceutical equipment for diabetes patients. They are currently recruiting for a Product Support Specialist. They are seeking English/Spanish/Portuguesa/Swedish/Finnish speaking applicants.
You will be the first point of contact to the company providing existing pump users with timely and effective phone and email based support on all types of product, usage and service related queries. There will a strong usage of phone work both inbound and outbound. You will also be providing case management. You will need to be able to troubleshoot to try and resolve the technical issue and overall deliver a high customer service.
