My clietn is a well established laser cutting company in the East Midlands who are looking for a Sales Team Leader/ Office Manager to join their busy growing team in the Derbyshire area.
As part of the role your day to day duties will include;
Responsible for overall sales performance of the division
Coaching and mentoring sales estimators
Training new and exisiting staff
Conducting regular 121's
Setting monthly sales targets
Being key contact for designated geographical location for new and existing customers
Working in a target driven environment
Managing and developing key accounts alongside managers supported by the companies CRM system
Creating quoations and processing orders from customer enquiries using in house software
Communicating to customers via email, phone and some face to face meetings
Regeneration of lapsed accounts in line with business objectives
The ideal candidate has experience of managing a team and has steel industry knowledge.
Working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
Salary is between £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
