Candidate Profile You will currently be working in a digital role, ideally as a digitally savvy Social Media Manager who is ready to take a step-up and help deliver a brand. Previous experience in platform launches is desirable, along with a strong knowledge of the latest developments and future trends. A background is restaurants is preferable, but not essential. The best candidate will be someone with social marketing experience at a management level, ideally with active experience of consumer industries. The successful applicant will have experience managing the creative content and social media channels, and be willing to take on new and exciting challenges when they arise. Job Responsibilities Content - Creating and curating amazing content across the platforms. You will produce photography, video, graphics and gifs. . You will plan and deliver social shoots in one of our Restaurants or at our Support Centre. Storytelling: Working closely with the CMO and our partner Social Media agency, delivering visually inspiring and engaging copy reflecting the TH brand TOV. Management of all social platforms working closely with Social Media agency partner to drive strategy, growth of channels and engagement of followers. Planning: planning all social content in line with the Marketing campaigns and driving different content across the various social channels to engage audiences Working closely with other departments, curating content from Restaurants, our communities, Influencers and using the wealth of talent and creativity we have in the business to really showcase the brand Using social tools to report on and measure success Lead contact and for all website developments and changes, managing all stakeholders and agencies. Developing and evolving the new website for Tim Hortons alongside development and execution of SEO strategy Management of all email/SMS marketing campaigns, creating content, building and broadcasting email/SMS using campaign management tools & our email broadcast platform Manage our brand partnership plan and strategy, including our Student Marketing activities Sound like the job for you?
