With demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service, preferably in a healthcare or welfare to work setting, you will be used to dealing sensitively and empathetically as the first point of contact for clients.  Using a bespoke database system for entering client records, you will also provide data analysis and produce reports for monitoring and service development purposes.
