Dairy Crest is a leading British foods ingredients company. Our Davidstow site is a world class cheese making facility and home to Cathedral City and our premium brand Davidstow cheddar cheese.
We are looking for a Dairy Technologist Apprentice to join us.
The three year apprenticeship leads to a Foundation Degree in Dairy Technology via block release study. On completion, graduates move into a variety of roles based on their interest and Company needs: typically Shift Manager, Quality Auditor, Process Engineer, Compliance, R&D Product Technologist. We are looking for our senior leaders of the future.
You will need to be motivated with a keen interest in the food manufacturing industry, have three good GCSEs and one A' level or equivalent and be willing to learn.
