Due to an internal secondment, I am seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support a busy Finance Function. Working closely with the AP Supervisor you will support in maintaining multiple ledgers.
This will include:
Scanning invoices
Posting invoices
Maintaining the purchase Ledger for 4 branches
Preparation and processing monthly supplier payment runs
Cash book processing
Staff Expenses
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a high volume accounts team, someone who can ownership of the ledger and support the team with month end and particularly busy periods. You will have an eye for detail, you will be someone who completes tasks and can work to the strict deadlines. The contract is for one year and an immediate start is available for a handover period.
