Working with our customers and partners you will help to minimise income loss by working with customers to avoid legal action across a wide customer portfolio.

Experience of working in the social housing sector is desirable but recent and relevant income collection or credit control experience is essential. What is also really important is your ability to forge relationships with our customers that will allow you to effectively manage your caseload.
