They are currently seeking to recruit an Engagement Officer to focus on coaching and enabling young adults into employment or training.  Alongside this you will work within a dispersed team across all of their services to assess the needs of residents and create opportunities for positive engagement with young people and adults. The role is driven by outcomes and the need for residents to be actively and positively engaged with the aim of creating safe, healthy and contributing communities.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults enabling them to reach their full potential and gain employment. You will need to have a strong sense of team work within a dispersed team, be self-motivated with excellent skills that enable you to build relationships with our all of the client groups.

In return our client offers a supportive, friendly and flexible working environment and excellent benefits including a health care cash plan, childcare vouchers, generous pension scheme, free parking and much more.
