Domestics Gas Service/Repair Engineers -

We are looking for self-motivated, fully qualified gas engineers who can work remotely to a daily program of work. You must be able to communicate effectively with engineers, administrative colleagues and supervisors to maximize efficiency in all operational duties currently being carried out by Saltire in respect of its contracts to provide servicing and repair of gas heating and hot water in domestic and commercial properties.-

You will be expected to carry out the following operational duties to industry best standards:

• Annual Servicing within domestic properties
• Gas Repairs on domestic central heating and hot water systems.

You will be expected to interact professionally and courteously with the occupiers of the property in which you are carrying out your work, respecting them and their home. You will need to develop good relationships with your colleagues.

Full ACS qualifications are essential along with extensive domestic heating servicing and repairs experience. A full driving licence is essential, as a company vehicle will be provided.

There is a requirement to be part of the team to cover evening and weekends as part of the scheduled arrangements to provide an emergency call out service. Although the company plans work-schedules in advance, the geographical area covered by its contracts and its obligation to provide a reactive repair service to predetermined timescales requires that engineers are willing to exercise a degree of flexibility.

Hourly Rate £14.50
