Account Manager – Norwich, Norfolk - 25k plus commission, realistic £40-50k OTE plus package
My client, a Software/Digital Solutions business are looking to fill a new Account Manager role which has become available due to substantial recent business growth. The role is a varied and interesting position with a significant amount of responsibility working with some of the biggest and most recognisable brands in the world.
What’s expected
The focus of an Account Manager’s role is primarily to:
Ensuring clients’ accounts are running as planned throughout their contract
Renewing each client contract
Looking to achieve growth of each of your client accounts
Encouraging clients to achieve significant and increasing value from their subscription
Proactively and regularly engaging with allocated Enterprise clients
Developing a strategic view of the client’s needs
Resolving any issues with the account or service
Client Support and Administration
Duties include the following:
Maintaining a contact schedule across all of your assigned accounts
Obtaining a detailed understanding of each client account
Liaising with CSM Client Support to understand status of each client account
Regular telephone and email contact with client and face-to-face meetings as and when required
Updating clients on new features and changes
Negotiation of renewal
Preparing and delivering new Work Orders and Invoices as appropriate
Being on top of your numbers – both client usage numbers and your revenue numbers
The role is primarily a desk based Account Management role based in our Norwich office but we are flexible about home-working if required. The majority of client contact is remote, however, when required you may need to travel.
