Warehouse Coordinator for Grimsby-based O&M activities

Join us and become Warehouse Coordinator in our O&M team which is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Grimsby-operated offshore wind farms.

Your key tasks will be to

  • to be responsible for the warehouse, spare parts and housekeeping for the East Coast Hub sites
  • ensure the overall maintenance of safety equipment, such as life vest, helmet, fall harness etc., and that the supplied equipment is always ready for use
  • handle inventory management in SAP
  • perform goods receipt / returns, inspection of received goods and spare parts
  • decide on stock reorder levels and process MRP-generated requisitions.

Additionally, you’ll be expected to support provision and return of materials to our offshore wind farms via our varying logistical setups, including crew transfer vessels, helicopter operations and Service Operator Vessels.

Your qualifications and core competences include that you

  • have warehouse or equivalent technical experience
  • have good communication skills
  • are IT literate (Microsoft Office package, SAP experience)
  • are a Counter Balance & Reach fork lift truck driver
  • have a clean driving license.

You also have strong administrative skills and are an organised and structured self-manager.
