As a result of their continued growth, they are now looking for a standalone HR Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
You will be the point of contact for all HR related queries, supporting all aspects of HR delivery. This is a stand-alone role where you will have responsibility for the full employee lifecycle. You will develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel in compliance with Employment Law. You will oversee recruitment and ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience. You will ensure that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the company's overall goal.
The HR Executive is the main link between the Management team and the Managing director. You will be in charge of setting up meetings and calls for the management team when needed and oversee all non-department specific functions to support the company and Managing Director.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who would like to be involved in all aspects of the Companies operation.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Calm, confident and diplomatic approach in all situations
- Ability to manage own workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
- Working knowledge of employment law
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues at all levels
- Great communication skills with an exceptional telephone manner
- Exceptional research capacity to compile the most relevant information
- Comfortable presenting to large groups - candidates, staff and investors
- Proficient in use of MS outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to be compassionate, but also subjective
