We are looking to recruit an experienced secretary / receptionist to work as part of a team of 4 in our small West Bridgford office.  Ideally, the applicant will have some experience of conveyancing but this is not essential as full training will be given.  Applicants must have good typing skill, a good telephone manner and be confident in meeting people as part of the role includes assisting clients who personally call into the office.  

In addition to reception duties the role includes preparation of letters and documents associated with residential conveyancing transactions, mostly from digital dictation.  However, we wish to ideally recruit somebody who has the confidence when appropriate to carry out work using their initiative.

The role can either be full or part time and our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
