The Role: 

As a Customer Support Administrator, you’ll join the busy, fun and vibrant Equity Release Administration department and will support Equity Release Advisors in processing lifetime mortgage applications. 

Specifically, your role will involve: 

- Submitting applications to lenders 
- Handling inbound and outbound calls 
- Working with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and customers to progress cases 
- Following-up with customers and all parties for outstanding information and documentation 
- Updating customers’ details on the database 
- Working in line with all regulations such as data protection, financial crime and complaints 

About You: 

To be considered as a Customer Support Administrator, you will need: 

- Experience within customer service either over the telephone or face to face 
- A good level of IT literacy especially with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Outlook and Excel) 
- A close attention to detail 
- A highly organised approach and the ability to work to tight deadlines 
- Excellent communication skills
