Our client is a dynamic, ambitious housing association, providing affordable homes and services to over 16,000 customers across the North West.
 
They’ve got an exciting opportunity for a well organised individual with good communication skills to come and join their team and help them deliver an excellent customer focused gas planned and responsive repairs service.

Covering areas across Greater Manchester, you’ll be in charge of daily diary scheduling for numerous repairs Operatives, liaising with them throughout the day to ensure that all appointments and targets are met and achieved.
 
Whilst dealing with incoming repairs queries and completing work to a high standard, you’ll maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our scheduling system.  You’ll also be on hand to produce service delivery reports and carry out quality assurance checks.
 
With experience of managing job workloads and achieving targets, you will be able to develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers.  You’ll be customer focused, IT literate and able to prioritise issues and delegate work to colleagues.  Experience in a planning role and/or knowledge of Gas Safe regulations would be desirable.
