This company is one of the UK's leading Chartered Insurance Brokers, ranked in the country's top 25 and employing over 1100 insurance, claims and risk management specialists along with customer service and support staff.
They are looking for a full time Account Handler to join their busy and expanding Commercial Division in their Lincoln Office.
Ideal candidates would be an enthusiastic individual who possess strong numeracy and literacy skills, IT knowledge and be a good verbal communicator / negotiator who's comfortable speaking on the telephone to clients and insurance companies.
The successful candidate would be responsible for providing an ongoing service to existing clients, securing renewal of existing accounts, as part of a team contribute to achieving new business wins, preparation of market presentations of clients and negotiating deals.
Ongoing development would be managed through in-house training and mentoring from colleagues as well as the potential to sit professional qualifications relevant to the role, with a view to the successful individual becoming a qualified insurance specialist.
