This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our client's HR & Organisational Development team.

The Assistant Director of HR & OD needs to inspire and engage people across the organisation and be able to deliver a range of HR & OD services that support our client in achieving their goals. You will develop and lead a team that makes sure their people have the skills they need and the rewards they deserve, and you will lead by example and champion the values of our client.

The Assistant Director of HR & OD will be responsible for leading the HR & OD team; providing strategic overview and operational leadership in HR & OD matters and developing and implementing successful organisational development strategies.

They will also lead the development of the Employee Health and Safety Culture and the implementation of the General Data Protection regulations (GDPR).

Do you have experience of delivering organisational transformation and cultural change with a passion for organisational development? Evidence of implementing strategic plans? Are you CIPD qualified and educated to degree level with experience of leading an HR & OD team? If you do, we'd like to hear from you.

This isn't a traditional HR and OD role. Your portfolio will include delivery of the Employer Health and Safety priorities and you will also be the identified Data Protection Officer.
