The role
They're looking to recruit an HR and Business Support Administrator / Manager as cover during parental leave for a contract term of one year. Reporting to the Head of Operations and working directly with the Agency's CEO this role combines duties in business support and office management with ongoing administration of various HR and personnel activities.

The role includes:
- Office Management duties including organising office supplies, building management and maintenance and other ad-hoc activities.
- Supplier management of office related suppliers: cleaners, tradespeople, utilities, council suppliers.
- Coordination of some internal events including all company monthly meetings
- Business / Exec support including travel bookings, research, organisation of meetings
- Ad-hoc research as briefs and requirements arise
- HR and Personnel support including management of annual leave, coordination of annual reviews and recruitment.
- Coordination and management of assigned personnel and team related initiatives; training and development, summer party, Christmas party, staff survey.

About you
- Minimum 3 years experience in business support / HR roles.
- Maturity, dynamism and organisation to support senior Directors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver work of a high standard whilst working efficiently.
- Organised and methodical approach to work.
- Comfortable under pressure, unflustered during busy periods and good humoured.
- Positive outlook and a desire to learn, improve and bring your best to the role and Company.
