Job Description

Your role as a Business Consultant is to help our clients within the Banking and Wealth Management industry meet their strategic priorities. Achieving excellence in client experience (especially in the Digital space, KYC, Client Onboarding) and managing transformational change (including Core Banking implementations, Post merger integration, Regulatory PMO).

On client projects, your responsibilities may include:

• Strategy implementation, business case and operating model definition
• Business analysis and business process re-engineering based on industry best practices
• Supporting project and program management
• Risk and compliance management
• Change management
• Organizational design and development

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, IT or related discipline.
• Relevant internships/consulting experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently, be organized and be results oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Analytical, quick learner, dynamic, energetic, passion to perform
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel for work
• Banking and Wealth Management experience
• Experience in the delivery and implementation of large change initiatives
• Experience in process improvement analysis and business process re-engineering
• Good understanding of project management and system implementation life cycle methodologies
