Contribute towards delivering an effective and efficient service to assist in the formulation of pension switch and decumulation advice.

Assist in the formulation of safeguarded benefit advice and second check these cases to ensure that the advice to transfer or retain is appropriate.

Providing authorisation for FAs to exceed internal guidelines where appropriate and ensuring the relevant advice in relation to documentation is given.

Have full knowledge and support training of Indigo and Cash Flow modelling systems.

Prepare relevant paperwork to assist in completion of pension switch / decumulation cases.

Liaising with other internal departments to ensure that the advice given to FAs is consistent across the business from a quality and technical standpoint.

Review work completed by other colleagues to maintain high quality standards within the team and provide feedback to develop others.

Providing advice to internal departments on all aspects of financial planning.

Maintaining statistics relating to the functions provided by the Technical Planning Department.

Assist in 2nd checks, peer development, workload management
