Marketing Propositions Manager - 12 month contract, Milton Keynes - *Note that this is an urgent 12 month maternity cover contract position that would suit applicants on very short notice period, or ideally, those available immediately.
Working for a global business, this is a unique marketing manager opportunity that requires an experienced marketer who can define and take to market a joined up product and service offering, to maximise sales, revenue and profit contribution along with increased client loyalty, cross sell/upsell and advocacy.
Working as part of a fast paced marketing team, this will ultimately be achieved by having a thorough understanding of the market trends affecting the specific sector that you will be managing, enabling you to inform the wider business and influence future product/service development.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have extensive and robust marketing experience, at a strategic level as well as being able to manage the full integrated marketing mix whilst introducing new channels to existing plans. Previous knowledge should include email marketing, PR, web, events, e-commerce, social media, and sales promotions. It is imperative that you have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, and you will need to be well organised, proactive, self-motivated and goal orientated. Networking and relationship building are key components of this role, therefore, first class communication skills are essential.
In return this role comes with an excellent basic salary plus company and annual bonus. It is an office based role based at head office in Milton Keynes. The company car is a perk that is offered with roles of this level and not because you will be field based. The company also offer an additional range of attractive benefits.
