Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Grade 8 Point 21 – 24 £26,822 pro rata per annum
32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
We are seeking a permanent Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work across the Federation initially at St Bernard’s School, Louth. We are looking for a practitioner who is enthusiastic, motivated and creative with a commitment to supporting the development of our young people with a wide range of learning difficulties and additional needs.
We offer a supportive and coaching culture, with a strong history of staff professional development and learning opportunities.
You will be responsible for planning, delivery & assessment in consultation with teaching & learning leader and teaching staff.
