Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join their team in Leeds.

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you’ll be tasked with providing technical support to existing customers and expanding our client’s customer base through new sales across the North of England. 

Traveling to customer sites, you’ll seek to increase sales and opportunities, resolve technical enquiries and identify new market opportunities. 

You’ll provide quotes for new business and build in-depth, technical knowledge of the product portfolio and marketplace. 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- A degree level qualification at grade 2:1 or above in a scientific discipline, such as Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biomedical Sciences 
- A full, valid driving licence 

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you’ll have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Organised and able to learn new information quickly, you’ll also be comfortable forging strong relationships with customers. 

Experience of working in a laboratory environment or in medical diagnostics sales would be beneficial to your application.
