£17,500 per annum
37 hours per week

Our client’s mission is to improve the quality of life of people and the communities in which they live. Today their role in providing new homes and investing in communities is more important than ever before.

They are currently looking for two Health and Well-being Assistants to support the team in setting up event and activity programmes designed to promote active lifestyles.

As a Health and Wellbeing Assistant, you will support the team to initiate changes to customers choices for lifestyle changes, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will support the team in the marketing of the service to potential customers. You will also support the team with administrative duties, answer queries from customers, statutory agencies, charities and other organisations.

Our ideal candidates will have Level 2 in English and Maths and have previous experience of collating information and producing reports. You will have the ability to effectively manage deadlines and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in delivering services that promote independence to older people is highly desirable. You must demonstrate a willingness to work flexible hours as requested.

Enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) check, a full and current driving licence, and daily use of a car insured for business purposes is required.
