Due to the success of their company, they are expanding and, as such, are looking for a Telemarketing / Telesales Executive to join their team.

Your Role: 

As a Telemarketer / Telesales Executive, you’ll be challenged to contact cold and warm leads, make in-roads with decision makers and discuss our client’s exceptional approach to marketing. 

Taking a proactive approach, you’ll engage with prospective customers, follow-up after campaigns and direct mail activity and utilise any number of other methods to support your phone calls. 

Specifically, your role will involve: 

- Achieving KPIs for qualified marketing and sales leads 
- Hitting targets for call volumes and lead numbers 
- Communicating with warm prospects and engaging with new prospects 
- Qualifying and nurturing leads 
- Aligning your communications with your prospect’s needs and buying cycle 
- Ensuring your messaging remains on brand 

About You: 

To be considered as a Telemarketer / Telesales Executive, you will need: 

- Telemarketing experience 
- Exceptional verbal, listening and written communication skills 
- A tenacious approach 
- A collaborative and team focused attitude 
- Target-oriented and self-motivated 

Experience with a CRM system would be beneficial to your application.
